At YAPPARELS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you bought it.

2. Return Conditions

To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll receive a refund using your original payment method within a few days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it might take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at Yapparells@gmail.com.

6. Return Shipping

You must pay shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We don't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
